FireBorn Returns & Lifetime Warranty

FIREBORN DIAMONDS (“FireBorn”) is operated by Kira Jewels Inc.

At FireBorn, we believe purchasing lab-grown diamond jewelry should be a confident and worry-free experience. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love your piece.

Below is our 30-Day Return Policy and Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery.

The 30-day window covers the confirmed delivery date.

Marketplace Purchases (Amazon, Walmart, Target+)

If your FireBorn item was bought through a third-party marketplace, you must start the return process directly on that platform.

Marketplace policies and timelines are followed where necessary.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original, new condition
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Returned with grading certificates (if applicable)
  • Not resized, altered, or engraved

This policy is a satisfaction guarantee — not a 30-day wear program.

FireBorn reserves the right to refuse returns that display signs of wear, damage, tampering, stone swapping, or modification.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized in advance.

For eligible website purchases, FireBorn will offer:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • A fully insured prepaid return label.

Return label fees:

  • $35 USD (domestic)
  • Starting at $95 USD (international)

Returns must be shipped with the provided insured label for protection.

Return Deadlines

  • Return label must be secured within 1 business day of approval.
  • Item must be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the label.

Late returns might be denied.

Restocking Fees for Ready-to-Ship Items

The following restocking fees will be charged:

  • Delicate Collection: $35
  • All other ready-to-ship items: $75.
  • Eternity bands: starting at $450 (price quoted individually)

Custom, special-order, commissioned, engraved, resized, and marked final sale items are not eligible for return.

Loose Diamond Purchases

Loose lab-grown diamonds can be returned within 30 days if:

  • Returned in its original condition
  • Original grading certificate attached.

FireBorn inspects all returned diamonds to confirm grading consistency and authenticity.

Refund Processing

All returns are checked upon arrival.

Inspection timeframe: 3 to 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued in USD. Original shipping charges, currency conversion fees, and financing fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees related to returning merchandise. These charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify FireBorn or the marketplace within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the item and packaging.

Not reporting within 48 hours could impact eligibility for a replacement.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

All diamonds and jewelry that are returned are verified during inspection.

Items that do not pass verification will be rejected and sent back.

 

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Every FireBorn piece is covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

We stand behind the quality of our lab-grown diamonds and jewelry settings.

 

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Loose prongs due to craftsmanship
  • Stone tightening (center or accent stones)
  • Structural issues related to workmanship

If a craftsmanship defect is found, FireBorn will repair the item free of charge.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or surface wear
  • Damage resulting from impact, misuse, or accidents
  • Lost stones caused by trauma or improper care.
  • Work completed by another jeweler
  • Theft or Loss

If damage falls outside warranty coverage, we are happy to provide a repair quote.

Resizing

We offer one free resize within the first year for eligible styles.

Shipping resize service: $65 (includes insured shipping both ways).

Rings needing more than two sizes resized may need to be recast and could incur extra charges.

Eternity bands and some styles are not adjustable in size.
