At FireBorn, we carefully prepare and deliver your jewelry safely and securely.

This Shipping Policy details how we handle and ship orders made through FireBorn.com and authorized marketplace platforms.

 

Order Processing

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order or custom pieces might take extra time to produce. Estimated production timelines will appear on the product page.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

FireBorn reserves the right to delay shipment if a fraud review or payment verification is needed.

Shipping Methods

All FireBorn jewelry is shipped via insured carriers.

Orders may be shipped using:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS (limited cases)
  • Other insured carriers as needed

Shipping method can differ depending on order value, destination, and stock availability.

Signature Requirement

For security purposes:

  • Orders over $500 need an adult signature upon delivery.
  • FireBorn reserves the right to require signature confirmation for any order at its discretion.

We highly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can be available to receive the package.

Shipping Insurance

All FireBorn shipments are fully insured while in transit.

Insurance coverage ends once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” and you believe you did not receive the package, please contact us immediately. We will help with filing a carrier investigation, but FireBorn is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers must supply accurate shipping details.

FireBorn is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Packages returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses

Changes to the address might not be possible after an order is processed.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

FireBorn is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect address information
  • Force majeure events

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees

The recipient is responsible for these charges.

FireBorn does not control or estimate customs fees.

Delivery times for international orders can vary because of customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged,

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the packaging and contents

If a shipment gets lost in transit, FireBorn will collaborate directly with the carrier to investigate and fix the problem.

Claims may require up to 10–14 business days for carrier review.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because delivery attempts failed:

  • Return shipping fees might be deducted from any refund.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Marketplace Orders

If you bought through another third-party marketplace:

  • Shipping might be managed by the platform or its fulfillment partners.
  • Marketplace policies about delivery and claims might apply.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers:

  • High-value orders may require identity verification
  • FireBorn may delay shipment for fraud review
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
